Lawn Care Helper

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Lawn Care Helper. As a Lawn Care Helper, you will assist in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our clients' lawns and landscapes. This position offers an opportunity to work outdoors, develop essential landscaping skills, and contribute to creating inviting outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in mowing, edging, and trimming lawns using manual and powered equipment.

2. Help with the planting, watering, and maintenance of flowers, shrubs, and trees.

3. Perform lawn clean-up tasks such as leaf removal, debris clearing, and weed control.

4. Aid in the application of fertilizers, pesticides, and other lawn care products under supervision.

5. Assist in irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance.

6. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

7. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and prioritize workload.

8. Maintain equipment in good working condition by cleaning and performing routine maintenance tasks.

9. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.

10. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

1. Prior experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred but not required.

2. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

3. Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects and performing repetitive tasks.

4. Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn

• 20 to 30 hours weekly with Saturdays a requirement.

Pay Range:

$20 to $25 an hour. Bonuses available
